Atsuyo was a Zhao castle surrounded by a fortified city.
Story[]
Atsuyo was the stage of a rugged siege conducted by the Ou Sen Army during their campaign to conquer the State of Zhao. Upon Ou Sen's arrival to Atsuyo, he entrusted his army's rear to the Kan Ki Army not only as a fail-safe from external assaults, but also as an anchor to his unassisted siege of the castle. The Heki Army, Gaku Ka Army and the Hi Shin Unit would also be placed so as to prevent any outside attacks.
Ou Sen decided to let General Den Ri Mi from his own army to attack the city because he intended to take it quickly and with few casualties, as the Great General knew its defenders would fight like madmen against the Kan Ki Army, who had recently shocked and revolted the entire Zhao by beheading thousands of prisoners of war from the defeated Ko Chou Army.
Ri Boku dispatched Shun Sui Ju to command the defense of Atsuyo, and personally selected the men who would defend its walls from the fathers, brothers and sons of the soldiers Kan Ki had massacred a year prior. When fatally wounded, these men would leap off the edge of the walls literally dragging their sworn foes to their graves. This terrifying and bloodcurdling tactic worked so well, that the castle took thrice as long to fall, and that there were also three times the amount of expected casualties and injured among the Qin ranks.
