He had a rather tall build, and was cleanly shaved. He was seen wearing robes even for the fight against Shin.
Sa Ji was very cruel and arrogant, he thought he was the strongest in the world because he had mastered the sword in both speed and strength. His men commented that he was the type to cut you in half if you got his clothes dirty. When he had the upper hand on someone he felt insulted him he took pleasure in slashing his opponent while constantly taunting them.
Sei Kyou Rebellion ArcEdit
After a tough battle, Shin was able to defeat Sa Ji in the final blows that they trade with each other.
In Episode 11 he easily kills two mountain men with one strike of his sword each, and he had a killing intent that even paralyzes Heki, a seasoned warrior. He was very powerful and was known for killing chancellor Ketsu's enemies within the Qin kingdom.
Sa Ji is an excellent officer and he was one of Ketsu Shi's trusted executioner, who killed Ketsu Shi's enemies from Qin. Ultimately, Sa Ji's executioner skills failed, since Shin defeated him during Sei Kyou's Rebellion, right before arriving in the throne hall of the palace.
